I have one, and I didn't see a thread yet for it. Love my Tiger, that is all.

My '13 800XC sucks. The dealer sucks. Triumph North America sucks.

I'm glad others had luck with 'em but it's one and done for me.

Transmission quit downshifting in mine today...again. I've already changed a broken shift shaft. It'll be fun to find out what it is this time.

FWIW it's a '13 XC with 47k miles and low compression on #3.

Screw it. Taking the Kawi to Tennessee tomorrow. I know that'll make it.

way I see it is are we just paying for the name on the gas tank ? I have had Triumph BMW and Harley-Davidson plus countless UJM's I am going to stick with Honda and Yamaha from hear on . once the bike impresses me that will do I care very little what others think . I used to think having a rare make of bike was some how better I just wanted a change because I had so many Japanese bikes . I scratched that itch they were ok bikes I never got much grief with them but I have more faith in my Honda's I feel like I can depend on them more I cant afford mechanics each to their own and all that . what ever floats your boat .

Most of his posts are like that.

We don't mind - we are very tolerant here :thumb

Example: if you hang around here long enough you'll find me waxing lyrical about The Fonz and Happy Days (which everyone either ignores or tolerates depending on their disposition)

thank you very much for tolerating me it means a lot . hey Dringo I presume you could see I was just pretending to get upset . it can be painful to type stuff too when spell check asks what in the fuck are you trying to spell then I have to use a similar word and some times its a very posh word but its easier to get picked up by spell check . the thing I find with poser bikes is you pay more for the name there is plenty of lesser bikes from japan that will do the same job and even better for a fraction of the price only thing they are missing is character :lurker
