One of the guys at the firehouse had an awesome recipe for it.

They lost me when that added all that crap to it ..LOL
That would send me to the hospital for a tummy pump..
Not the sea food, all the other . But if that sea food was cooked where that other stuff yeah that would also require a tummy pump..

Cajun cooking is clean out the fridge and throw it all in a pot , anything goes .
