Fresh avocado... a splash of Frank's Hot sauce... a touch of red capsicum [pepper] salsa... salt and pepper...

The season has finally started, Shepherd avocados... we only get them for about 2 months each year.
This is my dinner, ready in 2 minutes as soon as I get home
