Last nite was Baked Potato nite. I always as another tater or two, let them chill in the fridge and this morning will slice them up for Breakfast taters! :wings :Clap

Fresh avocado... a splash of Frank's Hot sauce... a touch of red capsicum [pepper] salsa... salt and pepper...

No pics I ate it too fast :lol8

The season has finally started, Shepherd avocados... we only get them for about 2 months each year.

This is my dinner, ready in 2 minutes as soon as I get home :DukeGirl
