untrue eggs go in raw come out cooked same with oatmeal ok so they are a bit limited in what they can do baked beans go in at room temp come out all nice and hot . to have with my own mashed potato I cook onion and garlic in butter in a pasta bowl with a little butter for 4 minuites then add mile for the last 90 seconds . my growler wont let the onion and garlic in the steamer with the taters . if I do it in a small pot on the stove it tastes better but it ok .
