Do I buy? Is this even a good idea?

A local buy, sell, trade site I'm on has a 1983 Honda V45 Magna pop up.
The ad literally says "I need this out of my barn, make offer, and you pick it up, last run in 1987".
It's so dirty that you can't even see the decals. Missing the seat, but other wise it's complete.
I always wanted the Sabre back then or the Interceptor, but if I can get it for $100?
winter project? Or just a stupid idea?

For $100? Go for it. You retired guys have all the time in the world or things like this. :)

She just marked it sold on the ad.
Lost out.
Better buy that Super Tenere' now.

OK, I've been cruising the CraigsList motorcycle sections and have found some awesome deals on Yamaha Super Tenere's.
I've talked to a couple of guys that have them and they love the bike, but the resale value of them is terrible. Which works out nice for me.
Any thoughts on the S10?

I've done the whole "winter project", "ran when parked" once before.
Fun times. Lost a few hundred buck in the part out.
