25th floor of a high-rise, grand piano, waiters wearing white gloves, that sort of place... food comes out covered in the silver dome things, etc. etc. etc...

I kid you not, when we said 'yes' to cracked pepper, something like the one in the photo came over my shoulder like the barrel of a cannon. I looked behind me to see the guy standing back about 4 feet away...
