Never tried to do this. but the name alone intreagued me and i want to give it a go. any recipes you might care to share.

One of the guys at the firehouse had an awesome recipe for it.
Never any leftovers. I'll ask around and see if it's written down somewhere.

They lost me when that added all that crap to it ..LOL
That would send me to the hospital for a tummy pump..
Not the sea food, all the other . But if that sea food was cooked where that other stuff yeah that would also require a tummy pump..
I had that done once as a kid NEVER again ...

Cajun cooking is clean out the fridge and throw it all in a pot , anything goes .
