Damn those look good! I'll have to see if I can get the local grocer/butcher to cut me some of those! I'm thinking 3/4 - 1 inch thick should be good huh? :DukeGirl :drool

Another thing we have been doin on the grill is wrapping several pieces of chicken in foil with a little olive oil and some salt/pepper and other spices..cook on low heat, 250-300 for 1:15-30...they kinda steam themselves and come out real tender..while they are cooking on the grill, we will have a vegie pack on the top rack above them...a whole meal done on the grill! :DukeGirl

Oh, and not only chicken, wrap up a flavored pork tenderloin or pork chops and cook them that way..again, DELICIOUS! :DukeGirl
