How do you find stuff rides in the trailer, since they’re not really designed for smooth riding? I’m on an air ride suspension and still have to ensure stuff is put away before traveling.
Have you thought about insulating the roof to control the interior temps? Looks very functional!

Insulation on the roof is in the works, and probably the walls. This thing literally fell into my lap with a Kawasaki Vulcan in it, fixed and sold the bike, and found that I had $500 into the trailer then. Had to flip and weld the axles to get some lift out of it, and it still might get a new set of independent torsion axles under it soon too.

The water jug has fallen once, and that's when I placed tie downs on everything on the counter. The stove stays there very nicely, that jug doesn't move now.
If I know I'm heading down a rough road or path, I'll drop the tire pressure down to 15-20 PSI, and it rides a lot nicer.

I have a propane catalytic heater that takes the chill off, and then make coffee with the stove and it will warm up pretty nice in there. Layers for the sleeping bag make a HUGE difference to be comfortable at night, and it's still a lot better than a tent.

And this silly bag works great too.
