The Dinner Thread

Post by Delicate Snowflake »

Ok so what are our favourite dinners (home-cooked, no restaurant stuff).

We probably all have different tastes and upbringings so this could be interesting.

Let's ignore the washing-up workload created, what are the dinners that really hit the spot and leave you completely happy.

I'll start.

Last night was a roast... mustard coated, crushed garlic, 4lb of beef into the oven... a tray of sweet potato, potato and pumkin... gravy... yorkshire pudding... good red wine...

I don't know what I'll get this year .. A mole seems to have gotten in the bed !

But I did some weeding in it yesterday . And some really nice ones are popping ... :Clap

Here in the big smoke our veggie garden is small... we tried asparagus but always knew nothing would come for a few years.

Once I retire to the farm, we will have space + time for such things.
